Clinical Study On Treatment Of Apoplexy Spastic Hemiplegia Tonifying Kidney Yang

Objective: By using the method of warming Yang to Dihuang YinZi add and subtract in the treatment of spastic hemiplegia after stroke patients with kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,observe its clinical therapeutic effect,so as to verify the Dihuang Yin Zi add and subtract in the treatment of stroke spastic hemiplegia feasibility.Method:Will be 60 cases in accordance with the experimental study on the diagnostic criteria of patients,randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of equality.Use statistical methods to calculate two groups of patients before treatment of gender,age,degree of pathological changes,cramps,history,daily life activities ability,etc,to ensure its no statistical difference.Observation group was given conventional treatment at the same time,Chinese medicine Dihuang Yin Zi to add and subtract treatment,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)adopts the water decoction,a dose of points in the morning and once,warm clothing after the meal;Control group were only given routine treatment;Respectively in the observation group and control group 1 month,2 months after treatment,while the observation group and control group in patients with TCM syndrome,and degree of spasm for statistical analysis.Results:In this experiment,all patients showed a strong adherence,and have successfully completed the test.From the end of the experiment result shows that the experimental group of patients with TCM syndrome integral,daily life ability score and so on all is better than the control group.Conclusion:Through the clinical trials can be found by using Dihuang Yinzi effects for treatment of kidney Yang deficiency syndrome of spastic hemiplegia after stroke clinical treatment effect significantly,can alleviate disease patients with limbs high muscle tension,at the same time,to improve patients’ daily life are of great help.
