Clinical Observation Of Shaoyao Gancao Fuzi Decoction In The Treatment Of Hemodialysis Muscle Spasm

Objective : To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shaoyao Gancaofuzi Decoction for hemodialysis muscle spasmMethods : Sixty patients were included according to the standard and randomly divided into two groups,each with 30 patients.There were no statistically significant differences in age,sex,disease course,etiology,and comparability between the two groups.The experimental group was treated with conventional Western medicine +Shaoyao Gancao Fuzi Decoction granules,and the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine + Placebo.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms,signs,status,laboratory indicators,and electromyograms of each group of patients were observed and counted to determine the efficacy of Shaoyao Gancaofuzi Decoction,and the patients’ vital signs,blood routine,liver and kidney function,ECG and adverse drug reactions to assess drug safety.Results: 60 patients were enrolled in this clinical trial.There were no cases of shedding and rejection.60 patients completed the observation test.Finally,60 patients were included in the medical statistics,including 30 in the test group and 30 in the control group.The results of the study showed that:(1)The age,sex,and course of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)The CSS comprehensive scale,pain numerical score,and daily spasticity frequency score in the two groups were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.05);the comparison between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).);Comparison between the two groups after treatment: The treatment group score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.05).(3)In the course of observation of efficacy,no serious complications occurred in both groups.Conclusion: Based on the conventional treatment of western medicine,combined with Shaoyao Gancao Fuzi decoction to treat hemodialysis muscle spasm,the curative effect is better than that of simple western medicine treatment.Provide useful reference.
