Objective: to observe clinical observation of the nourishing yin and suppressing yang treatment for 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension of type deficiency of yin and excess of yang.Methods:select 60 cases of blood stasis deficiency in patients with 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension, randomly divided into two groups, each 30 cases.In both groups insist on a healthy lifestyle, control based on with metformin, Acarbose and Diovan, the treatment group based on the controls add puerarin origin soup.clinical research mainly observed before and after treatment of patients with blood glucose and blood pressure changes,clinical symptoms, treatment for 2 months.. Results: The clinical observation: control group and the treatment group in sugar, step-down which has remarkable curative effect; In oral glucose-lowering aspects the curative effect of treatment group was better than control group; In step-down aspects curative treatment group and control group similar; In improving TCM clinical symptoms and signs in the treatment group was better than control. . Conclusions: Nourishing Yin and suppressing yang method improves 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension of type deficiency of yin and excess of yang , in improving the blood glucose levels of TCM clinical symptoms, signs aspect have the obvious advantage. Shows the nourishing yin suppressing yang method for the 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension of type deficiency of yin and excess of yang patients have good therapeutic effect.
