Objective: Through the clinical observation, the education system of Yin Yang method for type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency hand card, in reducing the symptoms and signs, and reduce the patient's blood sugar, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood pressure, blood lipids and other indicators effect, and discussed on the basis of summarizing the disease pathogenesis mechanism of the treatment.Methods: 60 patients comply with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency hand card, randomly divided into experimental group and control group, no difference between two groups in terms of diet and exercise intervention. The control group given hypoglycemic antihypertensive treatment of western medicine; Patients in control group therapy on the basis of compatibility of nourishing liver and kidney, nurtures the Yin Yang of traditional Chinese medicine. A course of 8 weeks, observed a period of treatment, before and after treatment respectively records were observed before and after two groups of symptoms, signs of change, and the blood sugar, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood pressure, blood fat of inspection results and safety.Conclusion: The use of nourishing liver and kidney, yuk Yin Yang method can effectively improve the curative effect, improve the clinical symptoms and sugar metabolism, lipid metabolism, reduce blood pressure, and high safety.
