Power network planning is to load forecast and power planning as the basis, determine when built, and where and what type lines, in order to achieve the transmission capacity of the planning period requirement, satisfies the technical index of the system under the minimum cost. Research on grid planning, further clarify optimal planning project, to better guide the construction of power grid, the grid security and reliability of power supply, has the vital significance to enhance the quality of power grid development.First of all, this paper analyzes the present situation of comprehensive study on grid power supply district of city Xiuwu, Xiuwu power supply areas demand history development were analyzed, with an average annual increase of prediction on the overall electricity is divided into industrial synthesis method and elasticity coefficient method, rate, using the maximum load utilization hour forecasting method to predict the overall load. The various methods of prediction results, the predicted results aggregated load.Secondly, according to the load forecasting results, determine the near, middle and long-term target of power grid planning Xiuwu power supply area, related principles to reform the technical reference for power system planning, substation capacity configuration and layout and the grid planning and low voltage distribution network planning of power supply 110 k V and 35 k V power grid Xiuwu region. Finally, in a complete substation capacity configuration and layout and the grid planning design scheme, special planning to Xiuwu power supply area, including the local power facilities planning, different power grid planning and dispatching communication network development planning.
