Regarded as the blueprint of electric power industry development, power grid planning isnot only the conerstone for stable growth of regional economic, but also an indispensablecomponent of national economic. It has an important role for electric power projectestablishment, feasibility design, stable operation, and for guarantee of ROI(return oninvestment). This thesis carries out prediction of power load based on data analysis such ashistorical electricity consumption and industry count, and carries out research on power gridplanning for Fuxin during2013-2020. According to socio-economic development strategy andoverall urban development plan of Fuxin, the thesis tries to determine the grid networkstructure and power grid construction projects for Fuxin power grid during the planningperiod after fully consideration of the power demand growth and power load distribution. Thethesis also makes a2017development scheme for Fuxin grid, and carries out plans for2020and future years.Power flow calculation result shows that grid planning could ensure stable operation ofpower grid, and short-circuit calculation result does not exceed normal operation range ofequipments, and meets the requirement of load development and system stable operation.Through the implementation of power grid planning, Fuxin grid will be a regional powersystem that adapts to regional social-economic development and that has reasonable networkstructure, strong power transmission ability, satisfying power distribution reliability andenergy quality,and qualifying technical-economic indicators.
