| In order to adapt to the requirements of urban development Haiyang,and to achieve sustainable and coordinated development of power supply and the national economy,to the guiding ideology for"building a conservation-oriented society,achieve sustainable development",to speed up the "new countryside, new power, new services",and achieve "economic development, electric power first". This paper analyzes the status of Haiyang grid,and predict the load characteristics of’Twelfth Five-Year Plan",and in-depth research on the Planning of Haiyang Power’s "Twelfth Five-Year Plan "First of all,this paper analysis of the current status of regional power supply Haiyang,which including the economic situation in the city of Haiyang,and the main economic indicators on power of Haiyang,and the planning completion on "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" of Haiyang grid, a comprehensive analysis the existing problem of Haiyang grid.And then based on the scientific and rational analysis National historical data,historical data,electricity consumption, electricity load characteristics of Haiyang.It has been forecast the" Twelfth Five-Year Plan "and the electricity consumption data of the whole society and maximum load data for the year2020and2030of Haiyang.By analyzing the results of three methods predict their characteristics,in the ending,make the Predicted results of elastic coefficient of electricity recommended for forecasts of the electricity consumption, at the mean while,let it as the largest load forecasting results which considering between maximum load of the whole society over the years the number of hours and based on time series prediction.Finally, proposed the planning for the" Twelfth Five-Year Plan "of Haiyang grid, and defined the guiding ideology and goals of network planning.This paper Were given the planning of a high voltage distribution network (including high voltage distribution network structure, lines, substations, capacity-load ratio, etc.)ã€the planning of medium voltage distribution network(including medium voltage distribution network structure,lines, distribution transformers, power distribution units, ring counter, etcã€the planning of low-voltage distribution network neutral point operation mode and the reactive power compensation. Points out that the maximum load will reached231MW in Haiyang,and the total electricity consumption will reached15.6billion kwh at the end of the " Twelfth Five-Year Plan ".During the" Twelfth Five-Year Plan "there will building a new220kV substation3substation with110kV and360MVA for capacity,and will expansion4substation for110kV,additional transformer capacity for313MVA; new reform101.44km line for110kV;new reform of168.7km line for35kV. |
