With the rapid development of economy and society and the continuous improvement of information technology,information technology has been gradually applied to all sectors of society.Power industry as an important support for the whole society and economic development,but also to the ever-changing pace of continuous development and progress,at the same time,the power industry and information technology links are increasingly inseparable.As one of the important tasks of the power industry,the power grid planning work requires the use of modern science and technology and advanced computing technology makes the grid construction more scientific,standardized and reasonable.The load forecasting of the power grid is the most important task of the grid planning work.It is also the basis of the planning work of the distribution network.The load forecast provides the most basic data for the distribution network planning.Therefore,it is very important to improve the planning of power grid through more reasonable and more accurate load forecasting in the process of distribution network planning.The general practice in the industry for the use of traditional experience to carry out grid planning,subjective too strong,there is a serious shortage of historical evidence.The use of advanced computing technology,through the objective analysis of the data to carry out urban and rural power grid planning is to make up for this shortcoming,so the design of more advanced power grid planning algorithm to complete the grid planning work,which applied to the actual operation of power supply enterprises,Is of great importance.In this paper,the current situation of distribution network in Xintai area is analyzed comprehensively,and the existing problems of power grid are summarized.According to the actual situation,the advantages and disadvantages of various power load forecasting methods are compared and the power load The application of the autoregressive neural network method in practical work,accurate,scientific and efficient completion of power load forecasting,and based on the comprehensive forecast of the proposed distribution of the specific objectives of the planning.On the basis of the above work,this paper puts forward the scientific and rational planning suggestions to adapt the load development characteristics to the plan of distribution network in Xintai area.
