Quality control is one of the important contents of construction project and runs through every segment and every content in the process of project construction. How to evaluate the quality of a project is the key of quality control. Evaluating the quality of a construction project objectively is the precondition of quality control and one of the most important contents of project item management..At present, promulgation of various law and criterion on quality evaluation of construction project and construction of quality management system have provided the authoritative decision standards to evaluate whether the product of construction project is acceptable and met the requirement of macroscopical management nationally. However, under the guidance of this management system, the goal of project quality management for all of the construction organizations is to guarantee the acceptability of the project, which greatly contuses the positivity of construction enterprises to construct high quality projects and hinders the development of quality management level of construction projects. The situation is the same on the construction projects of landfill sites.In the face of the present situation, based on the work experience accumulated during the supervision of XF landfill site project and understanding of the relevant technologies of landfill site, combined with thinking method of fuzzy mathematics, problems which should be solved in order to practically apply the fuzzy comprehension evaluation method are studied seriously and construction quality of the XF landfill site is researched practically and evaluated synthetically in the paper. The objective is to provide a systematical model of construction quality control which could be applied by construction organizations of landfill sites during construction.Firstly, study background and practical project case of XF landfill site project are summarized and analyzed, and condition of quality check before acceptance in the process of construction quality management is presented. Then, the characteristics of quality control of the project is summarized.Secondly, the fuzzy comprehension evaluation method is studied in the paper. Theoretical study confirms the means and path of fuzzy comprehension evaluation and the contents and points which are needed for the construction of evaluation model. And, according to the fuzzy comprehension evaluation method, the model which is suitable to synthetically evaluate construction quality of compartment project of XF landfill site is constructed, and the evaluation factors, weight of factors and evaluation grade are studied and analyzed. Then, after achievement of specific factors system and factors weight, the construction quality of XF landfill site is synthetically evaluated. In the process of this study, the main objective is to construct the synthetical evaluation model and evaluate the construction quality, and the decision-making factors and factors weight are analyzed and studied by using the cause effect diagram method and analytic hierarchy process.Finally, in the paper, the evaluation process and evaluation conclusions are studied, and the procedure list and important procedure project of compartment project of XF landfill site are found out. In addition, general method of procedure quality control and control points of important procedures are presented, and measures to successfully control the quality of a project and achieve quality target are summarized.
