Research On Quality Control Of QN Company Workshop Construction Project

Along with economic development,and more widespread application of steam turbines,faced with growing market demand,QN corporation decided to invest in the construction of project producing 150 sets of high speed and high efficiency steam turbine.Projects with a total investment of 14.16 million Yuan.Using existing land planning and construction of production plant,total floor space 13200 square meters.Successful implementation of the project relates to the business any further development and growth,and after project construction quality is directly related to the production and operation of safety and security,for which the construction unit for project construction quality management put forward higher requirements.Thesis QN company 2 joint workshop project quality management requirements,is guided by total quality management to develop distribution structure and functions of the quality control of the project,and developed a system of project quality control and technical standards.Conducted an analysis of the factors that affect the quality of the project and develop the appropriate control measures.QN company 2 joint workshop project implementation based on the main content of each stage of construction,survey,design and construction phases of the project developed specific control measures for quality control,and quality inspection and acceptance of completed research projects.To promote QN company 2 joint workshop to further improve the quality control of the project,thesis was development using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for effect evaluation model of quality control of the project,according to the main elements and objectives of project quality control evaluation indicators were selected and examined the specific evaluation process.Through the analysis of evaluation findings,found that inadequate project quality control and put forward improvement measures.Thesis by studying the theory of quality control methods in practical application of QN company 2 joint plant project,to a certain extent improve the skill level of project quality management so as to ensure the full realization of the quality objectives of the project.
