DVOR / DME navigation units as air navigation facilities in the main part of the tube, is one of the key air traffic control facilities. Through different phases of flight specific flight procedures design, civil aircraft can achieve a safe departure, en route, approach and landing, flight procedures design is what DVOR / DME navigation station building based, at the same time, only within the signal coverage of DVOR / DME navigation station,an aircraft can receive accurate and reliable signal, flight procedures can be properly implemented.DVOR / DME navigation station and flight procedures are as complementary, interdependent relationships, procedures and technologies subject to prior conditions, the analysis of DVOR / DME navigation station signal coverage and the flight program can only through qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis is lack of tools and methods, analysis of results display is not intuitive.This issue focuses on achieve the visual display of DVOR / DME navigation station signal coverage and comprehensive quantitative analysis of flight procedures,and achieve application for navigation station site selecting and flight procedures design for Kunming new Airport Projects.In this thesis, under the framework of existing standards of ICAO and Civil Aviation of China ,we establish of DVOR / DME navigation station coverage and comprehensive analysis of flight procedures, flight procedures design and implementation DVOR / DME navigation station signal coverage of a comprehensive analysis, to achieve quantitative analysis and analysis of visual display. In engineering applications, the use of DVOR / DME navigation station signal coverage and flight procedures analysis method, the Kunming airport DVOR / DME navigation station layout program to demonstrate. Analysis of Kunming new airport DVOR / DME station coverage and the extent of flight procedures to meet each other, and put the findings and flight procedures covering site optimization recommendations.
