| Industrial design property is an important composed part of social and economic development; its developing level is an important sign of the country industrial competitiveness. Some developed countries and regions begin to develop industrial design property very early, and spread out the systematic research work to the development issue of industrial design education. Therefore, we need to make a systematic research work about the current industrial design education situation of the relatively less developed area in Heilongjiang province.In this paper, data research, collection and research a lot of relevant literature, specifically the significance of industrial design education, established ideas and methods of this study. The province has 10 bachelor's degree in industrial design rights granted to the institutions identified as a research subject, select the Head of industrial design schools, professional teachers and professional students as the main survey. According to the survey standards and survey questionnaire design features, the content of the questionnaire screening and refined, and test the questionnaire and repeated amendments, the final questionnaire to establish the contents of each class of establishment, and to all the sampling method, the mainResearch study launched an investigation. Industrial design according to the Ministry of Education Sub-committee on professional teaching guide, developed by industrial design guidance professional norms, respectively, in 10 institutions of the province of professional industrial design school conditions, teaching staff, personnel training, curriculum, practice, graduation design, production personnel, research output, student satisfaction and the degree of international institutions and other key factors were studied and analyzed.This survey data on in-depth analysis, summed up the industrial design education in Heilongjiang Province, a series of problems at this stage, and the main outstanding issues for the following few, in line with the reality of Heilongjiang Province, the situation of industrial design education and constructive comments. This paper argues that the development of industrial design education in Heilongjiang province, should lead to direct intervention in government departments, and increase investment in industrial design education and support policies related to the introduction; to strengthen institutions of industrial design and manufacturing expertise among industry, academia, research, with cooperation; to build the province of industrial design international exchange and cooperation platform for institutions to enhance the institutions and influence the degree of internationalization. Industrial Design Schools in the province should change the concept of personnel training, the establishment of regional characteristics with the Heilongjiang Province international personnel training system, a clear orientation to strengthen personnel training teaching staff. Of the proposal on promoting the development of industrial design education in our province has some practical significance. |
