The Modern Community Design Of Research

The community club is derived from the fundamental transformation of traditional livingenvironment, it is endowed with a new function and meaning, it has a better interaction,communication, humanities, and other features of human nature. The humanized communityclubs meet the needs of modern community living environment of space, which has greatdevelopment space. The modern community club is developing toward humanized design, thedemand of the community residents is changing from basic physiological to psychology,behavior, cultural and some higher levels demand gradually. Community club as a communityliving environment structure unit, how to imply humanized design andcoming up with the modelof humanized design of community club are the main content of this paper.(1) On the basis of consulting literature review and collecting the related information,thispaper analyzed the characteristics of the communication space from the community clubpositioning, the positioning of their daily activities, use of the three aspects of the functionalposition specific elaboration. From the start to the relationship between people and theenvironment, and related theory for the study based on environmental psychology, environmentalbehavior, from the person's psychological needs, physiological needs, behavioral needs of thesethree kinds of demand starting to explore the community clubs need to pay attention to people'sneeds. Through the analysis of the place characteristics of the community clubs and people'sneeds, come to the community club house user-friendly design can take advantage of favorableconditions and the need to eliminate the negative factors of the decision, must pave the way forthe specific design.(2) Concluded humanized design principles of community clubs,which providing the designbasis to build humanized community club: design principles including the principle of safety,health principles, the principle of comfort, the principle of ecological and economic principlesThe five principles.4identifies the humane, the landscape of human nature, human interface, softfitted humane design principles under the guidance of specific user-friendly design, communityclubs to build a community club humanized design mode.(3) Investigating the damands of Nanjing residents to the community environment andcommunity clubs,analysised some residents of three typical representative houses, analysised theneeds from he functional requirements of the environment needs and the function of communityclubs to accord with human planning needs.
