Study On Humanized Plaza Design Of Residential District

The environment of residential district of city plays an essential role in the urban environment composition. On intimate terms , the pleasant living environment is the inherent demands of citizens. And community plaza is the most vigorous, significant part of community public space, it is also the stage where the contacts are exchanged between households. Environmental quality of plaza is one of the important indexes of weighing the environmental quality in the living area, so the plaza of living area is designed and studied to design the indispensable important component in the living area The thesis hopes to set up its analysis and designed theory frame with the aid of the research that is designed to the square of inhabited region, and combining the basic theories of community enviroment and the fundamental principles of humanized design, to analyse the deficiency existing in the square design of living area at present, probe into the square humanized design of inhabited region.Base on the research results in such disciplines as architecture, environmental psychology, behavior psychology, sociology, etc., view of the research of urban planning, Ibis paper have studied the humanized design of city community plaza from several following parts especially, combining the community plazas of Xi'an to investigate further and probe: The basic theoretical research of the thesis is on the basis of reviewing the environment of inhabited region of our country to develop and study, have defined the position that the community plaza is in in the planning and design of living area and the function that should be given play to in theory ,expouded the main content of community plaza design, and established the social effect on humanized plaza design of residential district; Through the investigations and materials collect to plaza of Xi'an redisential district, the part of investigation and study summarized resident four seasons activity situation in plaza, draw the factors that influence residents' activity and contact behavior, The part of analyse and research on preceding theoretical research and foundation of surveying and studying on the spot , have analysed the basic principle designed in plaza humanization of residential district in terms of planning and design, have put forward the concrete method designed in plaz humanization of living area. This paper provides some suggestions about the humanized design principle method of plaza in the residential district of Xi'an through studying. While carrying on the plaza planning and design of residential district, planners can not merely pay attention to the designs of space, landscape planting, auxiliary facility of plaza, should also consider such factors as the region environment where the residential district stays, culture intension and residents' instructions for use ,etc. even more.
