The Humanized Landscape Design Of Residential Community

It's a high-speed era for development of knowledge economy andinformationization at present. The demands for the living environment ofpeople have already far exceeded the simple material to enjoy. Variouskinds of residential community, such as ecologic ,local color-owned,archaistic, recherche , intelligentized , come upon the stage and hasraise the landscape design fashion of whifves of house properties . Itformed the pluralistic state that the present landscape of residentialcommunity of our country is created. This paper attempts to explore thatbehind in complicated and changeable representation of various kinds ofdesign style,the idea in " humanization " playing a leading role.Through the studying on history evolution and current situation tothe landscape design of residential community in our country, theanalyzing of all sorts of drawbacks in the present situation of the scenedesigning, this has proposed that the landscape of residential communitymust be implanted in the theory that "people first" . Supported byenvironmental psychology content, this paper has analyzed the physicaland psychic demands of human, the relationship between environments andhumans .It has described the principle of the humanized landscape designof residential community and design methodology. On the other hand, thepaper explains that the "humanized design" theory will must be thecommon character of variant types of landscape designing.
