| Because of air traffic control work is high pressure, high risk and strong sense of responsibility, the research of air traffic controllers workload has been paid more and more attention to. Therefore, this paper establishes a set of dynamic tracking evaluation system for air traffic controller workload, which can carry out the regular quality evaluation of the air traffic controllers and master the relevant conditions such as their work capacity, work motivation and their mood changes in order to arrange their adjustment, rest or training in time.This thesis is divided into six chapters; the first chapter mainly introduces the reason of topic selection, the studies of this topic at home and abroad, the significance and the methodology and so on. On the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the several basic comprehensive evaluation methods, Chapter Two establishes the basic steps and ways of the controllers' load comprehensive evaluation. Next is an important chapter of this thesis, which expounds the air traffic controllers'workload evaluation index and the principle, steps and method of its weight design,and develops the SPES model. The other important chapter is Chapter Four. The fourth chapter which is the other main part of this paper establishes a system of evaluating air traffic controller workload, with the help of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, under the condition of the evaluation index and weight has been identified. The fifth chapter presents the computer implementation of this system and illustrates the system structure, database and key algorithms, etc…The last chapter summarizes this thesis and prospects the future study.This paper establishes a system of evaluating air traffic controller workload based on SPES model, and classifies scientifically and detailedly factors which Influences controllers work load. We establishes a new system which evaluation process to a simple, reasonable model. This system can evaluate controller workload of arbitrary position.After the research, this author of this thesis puts forward some theories and research methods in air traffic controllers'workload evaluation. This is not only good for air traffic controllers'selection and the overall quality of air traffic control team, but also plays a very important role in enhancing China's air traffic control quality, expanding the air traffic flow, and ensuring flight safety. |
