At present, our country is in a high-speed development period of urban construction and modernization drive of roads. The construction accidents occur frequently accompanied by it, which have caused huge casualties and property losses. construction is still a labor-intensive industry in our country. Despite its technology has increased, there are still many problems, such as the application of high-tech, the improvement of industrialization and information level. Improving construction safety management standards as soon as possible, and enhancing the degree of construction safety management information, is bound to promote the healthy development of construction industry. Therefore, the research and development of construction security management system has important practical significance.According to the mechanism of accident and characteristics of construction, the mechanism of construction accident is analyzed, including the accident analysis of the main types of accidents, the time, the main reasons and so on. On this basis, hazards of construction accident are identified, made risk assessment using the method of LEC to determine major hazard installations and carried out control. Based on the identification of hazards, a parameters system of construction accident safety assessment is established, and safety assessment is made using the method of gray system. According to the analysis and calculations of construction accident in front, construction safety management system is developed applied PHP technology, the MySQL database and JavaScript language. Through the application of the system, the construction companies can predict potential accidents and injuries as well as the trends, and make measures to control and reduce casualties and incidents in advance.
