Security Crisis Management In The Application Of Construction Site

Construction industry as a pillar industry of China's economy, has an important position and has made tremendous contributions to the growth of GDP. Meanwhile, because of a one-time, long-term, phased and other characteristics of the construction project, this will bring a degree of uncertainty and the crises of potential problems to the construction project and will cause the construction enterprises facing many kinds of crises in the production process. Therefore, in the implementation process of construction project carrying on an effective crisis management, in particular security crisis management, are the important part of construction enterprises of our country facing the fierce market competition, improving their management level, achieving sustainable development.This paper first illustrates the background of crisis management, the history and present situation of domestic and foreign crisis management, as well as the significance of crisis management research, then combining with the characteristics of construction project, analyzes and discusses risk factors of construction project, the concept of crisis management and characteristics of crisis management. In the second part of this paper, it analyzes the problems of security crisis management on the construction site of construction project, proposes improvement measures, illustrates the necessity of carrying on security risk management on the construction site, combining with a stadium project at a university analyzes major hazards on the construction site, illustrates the focus of security crisis management on the construction site, establishes a model of security crisis management on the construction site, discusses the methods of security crisis management. In the third part of this paper, it discusses how to prepare the emergency plans of construction site and prepares an emergency safety drill programs and emergency rescue plans for a project. Finally, it proposes full participation in security crisis management of construction projects and discusses the influences of owners, construction companies, sub-teams, design and supervision on security crisis management of construction projects.
