The Research On Airline Security Crisis Management Of Project Management System

With the rapid development of air transport, airline traffic is soaring, as high-risk industries, facing diverse of crisis, and flight safety is the core of its crisis management work. Every day it faces with potential security risk factors, such as severe weather, aircraft mechanical, pilot quality hearts, air traffic control system which will have the potential irreparable serious accidents. The domestic aviation companies in China, basically the lack of security awareness of crisis management, lack of professional crisis management institutions, lack of systematic prevention, early warning, countermeasures support and evaluation system, the overall low level of management to deal with security crises is weak. Therefore, it needs to establish a scientific, comprehensive crisis management system for airline safety.In this paper, from crisis management and project management theory, it combines with airline security crisis situation and characteristics of airline security crisis from the content management system, which based on its corresponding project management research. Through the project management methods and theories of security crisis management system, so it provides guidance to build the project. This paper is based on WBS work breakdown structure, respectively, carried out in detail the time and risk management to the standard ideas, and gradually to provide a scientific management program and design to ensure that the project efficient, high-quality completion.
