Research On The Evolution And Development Guidance Of The Spatial Pattern About Yulin Ancient City

Yulin is located in the Loess Plateau and the Mu Us Desert Transitional Zone in northern Shaanxi Province,is the state department announced the second batch of the national famous historical and cultural city. Since the early Ming Dynasty began construction,so far more than 600 years history has not separated,having unique city spatial pattern. However,in recent decades,the upsurge of urbanization and old city update have been spread to this historical city,the destruction of historic buildings,traditional local-style dwelling houses of construction and demolition,especially the modern high-rise building construction and urban road reconstruction,causing huge damage to historic features and the impact on the city a great threat to sustainable development.Based on the realistic background of development about yulin ancient city,combining with the urban design of yulin ancient city,the paper focuses on the spatial pattern of the Yulin ancient city in the formation and evolution studies,and the discusses intrinsic evolutionary mechanisms deeply,for upholding the historical pattern in the foundation organic extension of the ancient city on the unique spatial pattern,protecting and passing on valuable traditional culture of the ancient city,a reasonable guide the city into sustainable development.Thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter for the introduction,expression of the study cause,significance,purpose,method,frame,etc.;The second chapter describes the historical context,grasp the features and value,lays the foundation for studying the city space pattern evolution;The third Chapter,from the different periods of historical background,further study the evolutionary process,characteristics and the evolution of spatial pattern elements of each stage;The fourth chapter analysis the main affecting factors of the city spatial pattern evolution;The fifth chapter summarize the plight of yulin city in the highly urbanization development stage,learn the experience of spatial patterns protection in different parts,give advice and suggestions to protect and development of the Yulin ancient city which for the sustainable development and vigor reappearance.
