Study On The Spatial Evolution And Integration Development Of Guangzhou-buddha Border Area

With the deepening of regional integration thoughts,Guangzhou and Foshan,as the spatial poles of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,have put forward the requirements for high-quality integrated development at the time of the decade of urban development.Urban integration is an important content of the ideal integrated development space,and the boundary area is the main battlefield of the integrated development of various elements of the two cities.The boundary area between Guangzhou and Foshan has been affected by history,policy,culture,economy and other factors for a long time.The factors of urban development are complex and frequently flowing,and the spatial construction also presents new changes constantly.In the new development stage,it is of great significance to summarize the historical development process of Guangzhou-Foshan urban space from the same city to the integration,update the spatial development cognition of urban boundary areas,and explore the characteristics and quantitative evaluation methods of urban integration development for the study of regional integration and the high-quality development of Guangzhou-Foshan Metropolitan Area.This paper takes the border area between Guangzhou and Foshan as the research object,and carries out a theoretical review from two aspects of urban space related research and urban transboundary integration governance.On this basis,the paper sorts out the spatial evolution of the border area between Guangdong and Foshan in different periods,summarizes the characteristics of spatial change,and analyzes and summarizes the policy and planning reasons that affect the spatial change.Based on the multi-source big data analysis method,the current built environment of the boundary area was analyzed from three aspects: spatial elements aggregation,spatial structure characteristics and circle development characteristics.This paper constructs an evaluation system of Guangdong-Buddha integration from three aspects of similarity,closeness and frequency,evaluates the boundary area of Guangdong-Buddha,and summarizes the characteristics and development difficulties of the spatial integration of the boundary area.According to the research and analysis,urban integration involves three aspects: physical space,industrial economy and social behavior,and is a complex process of social and economic development.However,the integrated development of Guangzhou-Foshan is still in the initial stage.The evolution of spatial pattern in the border area of Guangdong-Foshan has experienced four stages: point development,strip spread,inward filling and circle development.In this process,the construction land expanded rapidly,the urban arable land decreased seriously,the land fragmentation was prominent,and the development of different regions was not balanced.Taking the year 2000 as the boundary,the urban space expansion in the boundary region is driven by the market vitality from bottom to top and guided by the policy planning from top to bottom.From the current development,the boundary area has a wide range of material space expansion and has been built continuously in some areas,but the spread and influence of the social and economic vitality of the main urban area to the boundary area is limited,and some areas are still separated.According to the difference of construction and development,the paper divides the boundary area into five development areas: contiguous construction area,industrial cooperation area,facility interconnection area,construction differentiation area and ecological conservation area.The fusion evaluation results show that the fusion degree in the central part of the Guangdong-Foshan border region is high,while the fusion degree in the north and south sides presents a discontinuous shaking decline.The degree of spatial integration is positively correlated with the maturity of construction and development,but the two are relatively independent.The spatial development of the borderline region can be classified into four types:core-integration,core-fragmentation,edge-fusion and edge-fragmentation.The abrupt change of integration degree is mainly caused by the spread of low quality,the division of natural elements and the development zone of road construction.
