With the development of social economy, land and sea transport has been of the rapid development,and the construction of river-crossing bridges has become more and more, yet the ship traffic in the river is also growing, which leads to the accidents of ship collision bridge occur occasionally.What's more, the collision accident makes the bridge being damaged or collapsing.Therefore,ship collision is a problem that can not be ignored.At present,domestic and foreign scholars have researched many respects about the set of ship-bridge anticollision facilities and collision mechanism, though also made some valuable results,the study of ship collision bridge in China is few.In this context,this paper has used the numerical simulation and theoretical analysis methods, and combined engineering examples to conduct a preliminary study about the safety of navigation,the risk of ship collision bridge and the ship collision force,etc.In this paper,the study has used the methods of combining theoretical analysis,empirical formula and numerical simulation.First, the paper began analyzing the influence of wind and stream on ship drift, then established the MMG mathematical model of ship movement,which could be used to predict the possible situation of ship collision the pier, the collision speed and angle under the action of airstream.And using this model to analyze the affect of proposed Fengdu second Yangtze river bridge's construction on the safety of navigation.Next, with the Jialing river Qiansimen bridge,used the empirical formula and ANSYS/LS-DYNA software,programed and calculated the ship collision forces under the conditions of 1000t,2000t,3000t and 1T+2×1000t fleet directly collision the piers in water, and gave a comparative analysis to the calculated results of empirical formula and finite element methods, which showed that the finite element simulation method is a powerful calculation mean of ship-bridge collision force, its reaults could be used as scientific basis for the bridge's anticollision design,at the same time laid the foundation for risk analysis of ship collision bridge.At last, this paper gave a comparative analysis to some existing probabilistic model of ship collision bridge,used AASHTO method and combined with the construction of East Watergate Yangtze river bridge,did specific calculation and analysis of the ship collision bridge risk, and finally got the siz e of ship collision bridge risk of East Watergate Yangtze river bridge.The study results of this paper could provide reference to research the risk analysis of ship collision bridge from the perspective of navigation.
