At present, construction of large span bridges which cross sea and rivers are booming. However the bridges across shipping lane probably be threaten by the collision from ship deflect in shipping lane. In recent years ship-bridge collision question earn more and more concerns in public and department concerned all over the world. Ship-bridge collision force calculation formula specified in all kinds’criteria have applicability problems. On the other hand, finite element simulation technology has already been widely used in the ship collision bridge problem and good effect has been achieved. This paper based on the abovementioned background, conduct research on ship-bridge collision force by finite element software, the main work is as follows:(1) Analyze applicability problems of ship-bridge collision force calculation formulas specified in all kinds’criteria, compare results of all calculation formulas, and then discuss their respective scope of application in the background of the Yangtze basin shipping status(2)Based on the nonlinear finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, in this paper ship-bridge collision problem has been simplified to ship-rigid wall collision problem through the computer simulation and calculation, research into the influence factors of the ship-bridge collision force, primarily how dose collision angle impact on collision force and the relationship between them.(3)Reference to simulation results, try to suggest modifications of the ship-bridge collision force calculation formula in China Railway Bridge Design Basic Norms, includes two parts:one is the collision angle a in formula, and the other is the kinetic energy reduction coefficient y.This paper is divided into five chapters:Chapter one introduction, research situation and the main calculation theory and method of ship-bridge collision has been Introduced in this chapter; The second chapter presents empirical or code calculation formulas of collision force all around the world, then comparisons have been conducted between calculated results of all collision force’s formulas Above-mentioned, take the Yangtze basin shipping status as the background, discuss application range of each formula; The third chapter are the core content in this paper, based on the nonlinear finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, the process of a5000DWT ship impact the ship-rigid wall has been simulated and calculated through the computer, and then research into the influence factors of the ship-bridge collision force and relations between them, besides, in view of the related research shows that value of one coefficient in the collision force calculation formula in China Railway Bridge Design Basic Norms been demonstrated too small, this paper try out to make some suggestions about modifications based on the calculation results; the fifth chapter analyze the application of collision force calculation formulas through an engineering project; the last chapter makes a summary and the prospect of further work. |
