| With the rapid development of technology and economy in the world,the traffic and public infrastructure are becoming more and more perfect in China,and the types of bridges are continuously built.At the same time,there are more and more ships in the channel,which makes the collision probability between the bridge and the ship increase.The ship-bridge collision will not only cause damage to the structure of the bridge,but also the life of the bridge,safety and seismic performance,and often cause serious property loss,casualty and other serious consequences.Therefore,the research of ship-bridge collision characteristics and anti-collision device is one of the important research direction.Taking a round tip shape pier and barge as an example,this thesis uses the finite element software ANSYS,LS-DYNA and LS-PREPOST to modeling,calculation and result processing.Analysing the energy conversion,impact force,stress and displacement to explore the collision characteristics of the ship-bridge collision.At the same time,the influence of two factors on ship collision speed and impact angle on collision response is studied.According to the research results,a rubber fender type anticollision belt anti-collision device is put forward,and its anti-collision effect is discussed.The main research work of the full text is as follows:(1)This thesis introduces the accidents,research status and some tests in the world about ship-bridge collision,and explains the significance of research on ship-bridge collision.(2)The four classical theories of Minorsky and Woisin in ship-bridge collision are summarized,and their principles,assumptions and shortcomings are briefly compared.At the same time,five kinds of collision calculation methods and applications are listed.(3)The finite element calculation software LS-DYNA is introduced,and the constitutive relation of concrete material,contact type,contact algorithm,friction problem and hourglass control during the collision are discussed.(4)Using finite element software ANSYS and LS-DYNA simulate the collision between ship and pier.The dynamic response of ship and pier is studied mainly from energy exchange,collision force,stress,displacement and so on,then sum up the collision characteristics,and discuss the the influence of ship collision speed and impact angle on collision response.(5)Summarizing the existing anti-collision device,then explaining their advantages and disadvantages,at the same time putting forward a anti-collision device callde "rubber fender type anti-collision belt",and evaluating the impact effect of the device by the finite element software. |
