Based on the open project "the mechanism analysis and experimental research of the shipcollision with bridge", which is researched at the key laboratory of disaster prevention and reductionengineering.The modal test and shock experiment has been carried out against the model of the bridge,a finite element model of bridge was built which was then updated based on optimization andexperiment, the finite element simulation analysis of multi-parameter against the ship-bridge collisionforce was developed in this paper.1. According to similarity principle a experiment model of the simply supported girder bridgewith double-columns pier was designed. The modal test of the double-columns pier and the beamswas carried out. The real ones were recognized from all the modal results by comparing the results ofexperiment with finite element analysis result.All these can prove that the modal test results arereliable.2. The dynamic response of the double-columns pier and the entire bridge structure was collectedwhile and after the impact test. We can find that the bearing-beams-bearing system can weaken thedynamic response of the bridge structure which has been impacted. It shows that the dynamicresponse of the pier can also be weakened by the superstructure and the adjacent pier. We would getthe conservative conclusions without considering the influence of the superstructure and the adjacentpier.3. The job about the finite element model updating of bridge was carried out based onoptimization and modal experiment. The gap between the natural frequency of the finite elementanalysis and the natural frequency of the modal experiment reduced obviously after updating. Itproves that finite element model updating takes effect, and we can build a finite element model ofbridge which is much more close to the present situation of bridge structure by finite element modelupdating.4. The simulation analysis of the ship-bridge collision was carried out using the non-linear FEcode Ls-dyna based on the FE model which had been updated. By analysising the influence of somefactor which including the quality of ship, the striking velocity, the rigidity of the bow of the ship, theimpact position and the impact angle on the dynamic response of the bridge after being impacted, thispaper summarizes some change law and gives out a set of formulas about ship-bridge collision forcewith the help of the simplified method which has been carried out for multi-parameter curve fit.
