Study On Controlling Of Hanzhong Rural Ecological Environment

With the continuously push forward the rapid development and new rural construction inChina's agriculture, the rapid rural areas growing brings new environmental problems.However, China's regional research mainly concentrated in the city, and it lack of concern forthe ecological environment in rural areas and regional development. As the basis foreconomic development and social progress, the ecological environment is not only the basicconditions for agriculture to achieve sustainable development, but also an important indicatorof the realization of agricultural modernization. This article took Hanzhong as example,focused on Hanzhong rural ecological environment status quo, found their root causes, andelaborated on the main countermeasures to solve the problem.The thesis constitutes of six parts：The first part described the connotation of the rural ecological environment, therelationship between eco-environmental protection and sustainable rural development,proposed the main problems facing the rural ecological environment in China, and discussedthe adverse effects of rural development. It described the status of the Hanzhong area of ruraldevelopment. The rapid development in agriculture, animal husbandry and townshipenterprises has brought great economic benefits to the local, but also hidden environmentalcrisis. Due to the tremendous pressure of population, resources, rapid economic growth andinstitutional arrangements, policy management, rural environmental situation is still notoptimistic.The second part discussed the environmental problems with rapid development in therural economy. The rural environment pollution comes mainly in three ways: the life,production, industry. For the life way in rural areas, there is little waste, sewage treatmentfacilities and coupled with the lack of farmers' environmental awareness, so people throwgarbage and sewage is disposed here and there. For the production way, the farmers usechemical fertilizers, pesticides lack of scientific guide, and the loss of fertilizers, pesticidesand pesticide carelessly thrown away likely to result in water and soil pollution. For theindustrial way, due to National emphasis on environmental protection from industrial pollution, high pollution and high energy consumption industrial enterprises are difficult inthe town, then turned to the vast rural areas, therefore, the environmental problems in ruralareas is becoming increasingly prominent.The third part analyzed the main reasons causing Hanzhong rural environmental issues:the blind use of agricultural chemical technology, loopholes in environmental management inrural areas, the farmers' own quality to be improved, intensified and the rural townshipindustrial pollution from villages outside of the environment against resistance reasons.The fourth explored the main countermeasures to solve the current rural environmentalproblems, namely: the transformation of production and way of life, scientific and rationalagricultural production; increase rural quality and enhance the enthusiasm of farmers toprotect the environment and capacity for action; macro-control industry to the ruralenvironment the pollution damage; law to protect the agricultural ecological environment,improve the legal protection system.The fifth part is conclusion.
