So creating a good rural ecological environment is not only the objective need of environmental construction, but also the inevitable requirement of building a harmonious society. Xingtai City, Hebei Province, is a coal, steel and other heavy industry gathered in the industrial city, is in the south of Hebei Province an important cotton cultivation and livestock and poultry breeding base, the agricultural population accounted for the ratio reached 85%. The maintenance and improvement of the rural ecological environment is facing great difficulty as the rapid economic development of Xingtai is at the same time.Taking Xingtai city as an example, the ecological environment of rural areas in Xingtai city was studied by questionnaire survey and field visit.. Research to sustainable development, harmonious society and ecological system theory as the theoretical basis, using a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis method understanding the Xingtai City in the construction of the ecological environment in rural areas made the preliminary results and from the three aspects of rural life, agricultural production, industrial production problems of the rural ecological research, and draws a conclusion that Xingtai rural solid waste pollution, the pollution of animal husbandry, pesticide and fertilizer pollution of township and village industrial pollution a series of problems.Through literature research and field investigation, the rural ecological environment in Xingtai City were cause analysis, mainly in the following aspects: rural environmental awareness needs to be improved, inadequate attention to environmental protection; the extensive mode of economic development in rural areas, the serious waste of resources; rural environmental protection technology is weak, lack of innovation; rural inadequate investment in environmental protection, lack of infrastructure; rural environmental protection mechanism is not perfect, regulation is not in place.In Xingtai City rural ecological environment problems and their causes, the study proposes strengthening propaganda and education, improve the environmental awareness of rural, rural transformation in the extensive mode of operation, strengthen environmental protection science and technology innovation, improve the construction of public services in rural areas, increase capital investment, establish and improve the rural ecological environment security system and introducing PPP ecological environmental protection mode and a number of measures to promote the improvement of Xingtai City and the rural ecological environment. |
