Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Ecological Environment Governance

Rural ecological environment governance plays an important role in my country’s ecological civilization construction,and the effect of rural ecological environment governance is related to the overall quality of my country’s building a well-off society in an all-round way.Xinyuan Town in Siyang County is an ordinary town in northern Jiangsu,and some work practices of Xinyuan Town in rural ecological environment governance are representative.The study of rural ecological environment governance in Xinyuan Town has certain guiding and reference significance for rural ecological environment governance in northern Jiangsu,and has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting rural ecological environment governance and rural ecological development in other areas of my country.This paper takes Xinyuan Town,Siyang County as the research object,and based on reviewing the literature on rural ecological governance,environmental protection,and ecological livability in Xinyuan Town,the Xinyuan Town government,Xinyuan Town enterprises,Xinyuan Town Field investigations were carried out in rural areas,and rich interview contents were obtained through semi-structured interviews with village cadres,rural enterprise managers and village residents.And based on this,the current situation of ecological environment governance in Xinyuan Town is analyzed.In recent years,the government of Xinyuan Town,Siyang County has fully realized that improving the rural ecological environment is of great significance to improving the quality of life of farmers and increasing the happiness of farmers.As a result,Xinyuan Town began to carry out related work on rural ecological environment governance,and carried out effective governance from four aspects: rural non-point source pollution control,rural production and domestic waste control,rural air pollution control,and rural water pollution control.Some results have been achieved,great progress has been made in the governance of the rural ecological environment,and the overall appearance of the rural areas of Xinyuan Town has been greatly improved.The problems of lax governance,insufficient governance resources,weak governance awareness,lack of management and protection of rural ecological environment governance,etc.,and in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems from the conceptual level,the institutional level,and the institutional level,The specific manifestations are that the top-level design is not complete,the effect of publicity and education is not good,the coordination of multiple subjects is insufficient,the responsibility and power are not unified,the investment of special funds is insufficient,and the work process is not perfect,which restricts the rural ecological environment governance in Xinyuan Town.And by consulting relevant materials,we can understand the innovative models of rural ecological environment governance in other regions of our country.In order to achieve a major breakthrough in the governance of rural ecological environment in Xinyuan Town,first of all,strengthen the top-level design of the county and township,make long-term planning for governance,optimize the supervision system and mechanism,strengthen the supervision of the production process of enterprises,and then increase the investment of project resources to improve The scientific and technological level of ecological governance,then cultivate farmers’ environmental protection concepts,improve farmers’ ecological and environmental protection awareness,and finally improve infrastructure construction,improve long-term monitoring,management and protection mechanisms,and lay the foundation for the formation of long-term governance of the rural ecological environment in Xinyuan Town.It is of great significance to summarize the relevant experience of rural ecological environment governance,explore effective suggestions and countermeasures for rural ecological environment governance,accelerate the promotion of rural ecological environmental protection,fully implement the rural revitalization strategy,and improve the construction of my country’s ecological civilization.As the dilemmas and problems of rural ecological environment governance in China are overcome one by one,my country’s rural ecological environment governance will also usher in new breakthroughs and new developments.
