Marxist Ecological Views On The Study Of Rural Ecological Environment Governance

History always develops dialectically in contradictions.As China's economic development enters a new normal,the ecological environment is closely related to economic development,social stability,and the improvement of people's well-being.The"Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy" promulgated in 2018 clearly states that "a rural revitalization,ecological livability is the key.A good ecological environment is the greatest advantage and valuable wealth in the countryside." It further emphasized the importance and urgency of "coordinating the promotion of rural pollution control and ecological environmental protection work".As an important support for the rapid development of the rural economy,the rural ecological environment is concerned with ensuring the smooth implementation of beautiful China and beautiful villages.The rural ecological environment governance has become an important task in China's rural construction.Based on the Marxist concept of ecological outlook,this paper conducts relevant research on the issue of rural ecological environment governance.The full text is divided into five parts.In detail,the first chapter is an introduction,which includes research background and research significance,domestic and international research review,research methods,and research difficulties and innovations.The second chapter is an overview of the Marxist ecological concept and the rural ecological environment governance.First,the chapter discusses the main content of the Marxist ecological concept,covering the ecological elements of "natural-human-society" and their dialectical relationship.Capital logic is the root of the ecological environment problem,the influence of science and technology on the ecological environment,communism realizes the reconciliation between man and nature.Secondly,it clarifies that the Marxist ecological view has the same inheritance and inherits with the times.The exploratory development and evolution process;Finally,this chapter also proposes to consider the intrinsic relationship between the Marxist ecological concept and the rural ecological environment governance from the aspects of value direction,power source and practice basis.The third chapter analyzes the basic situation of rural ecological environment from the four dimensions of natural resources,agricultural non-point source pollution,waste pollution and industrial pollution of township enterprises.The fourth chapter expounds the problems and causes of rural ecological environment governance,highlights the contradiction between rural economic development and ecological environment governance,the lack of ecological governance concepts,the low investment in rural ecological comprehensive remediation,and the unreasonable institutional and institutional arrangements for ecological governance.It is the reason for the outstanding problem of rural ecological environment management.The fifth chapter is based on the Marxist ecological concept as the theoretical basis to explore the relevant strategies to improve the governance of rural ecological environment,mainly from the correct handling of the relationship between rural economic development and rural ecological environment governance;strengthen the publicity and education of rural ecological environment governance;pay attention to rural ecological environment the construction of the values of governance entities;the establishment and improvement of the institutional mechanisms related to the governance of rural ecological environment,and the countermeasures to solve the problem of rural ecological environment governance,in order to provide reference and enlightenment for rural ecological environment governance in other regions,and provide for rural ecological environment management a scientific worldview and methodological guidance to better promote rural revitalization and the realization of a beautiful vision of beautiful China.
