The Manchu diet culture is an indispensable component of the Manchu culture. It directly affects the survival of the minority class and the development process of civilization.It is also an characteristic of the existence of the minority. Diet culture during the cultivation era is a link between past and future of the growth of the minority diet culture in the historical progress of the development of the Manchu diet culture.It is in all aspects of the"Agriculture"that condensed the typical characteristics of the Manchu diet culture over three thousand years which then basically finalize the characteristics of the minority diet culture.The Manchu diet culture had never lost its own characteristics,although it also had accepted the Han nationality and other minorities'food culture to be affected, integrated or even assimilated.And owing to the reservation of such characteristics of the minority,it has the vitality to keep on living, developing and entering the life of mordern society.This can also show us many revelations of the living principles of history.
