The Legal System Of China's Air Pollution Prevention Study

Many years ago, we have the blue sea and sky,now, the smoke lingering in the sky ,it become luxuries to see the pure blue sky.Recalling the industrial revolution 200 years of history, air pollution caused by serious consequences like a nightmare haunted mankind on earth for a long time and refused to leave.Smog, Los Angeles photochemical smog events and Donora Smog clearly tells us that the nightmare has become reality, acid rain and greenhouse effect tell us that if we do not attach importance to air pollution,humanity will disappear forever.If we want to solve the air pollution problem, we must take reasonable and effective measures.Legal system is the particularly important measure of the various measures of air pollution control.Many people recognize the importance of air pollution control, do not understand what the role of the legal system.Therefore, this paper makes the detailed study of the legal system of control of air pollution in China.At present, the implementation of air pollution control law system is not mature, there are various problems.In the specific study of air pollution in China's legal system based on the theory and practice,compare with foreign legal systems respond to air pollution,the writer make a comprehensive proposal.The writer hope this can helps the public to enhance awareness of the legal system, helps these systems remove the obstacles,realize the purpose of air pollution control laws.
