Farmland is the main wealth of the development of human life. In recent years, the person of farmland soil pollution is increasing, but China has a lack of special legislation. The more advanced the pace with the developed countries of farmland soil pollution prevention and control, China has lagged behind in a certain extent. With the worsening of soil pollution in the farmland, soil pollution degree of attention is increasingly aggravating, and the "soil pollution prevention and control law" explicitly included in the national legislative planning. The fourth part according to the main problems existing in farmland soil pollution in China, countermeasures were put forward in six aspects, namely, the formation of the independence of our country farmland soil pollution prevention legal system; perfecting farmland soil pollution liability system; perfecting farmland soil pollution monitoring system:the establishment of farmland soil pollution assessment and safety classification system; establishing the farmland pollution prevention special fund system; perfecting the green system of agricultural development, to ensure food safety. The soil pollution prevention and control measures of farmland positively, our country farmland soil pollution problem will be further addressed, providing a powerful guarantee for the sustainable development of agriculture in our country.
