Taking Daqing crude oil and Daqing crude oil intermingled with vacuum residue as feedstock, the influence of adding high-temperature regenerated catalyst on stripping efficiency was studied with small-sized fixed-fluidized bed of FCC experimental devices. Relative gas yield and relative decrement of coke were used to value stripping efficiency. New FCC stripping technology was studied by comparison test of the new stripping method and the traditional stripping methods. Gas composition variations of the two stripping technology were compared. The influence of adding temperature and hot regenerated cataLyst adding ratio on stripping efficiency was studied, stripping efficiency under reaction condition was aLso studied.The experimental results show that adding high-temperature regenerated catalyst in the stripping process to enhance stripping efficiency is effective by comparing the stripping efficiency of different stripping technology. Adding high-temperature regenerated catalyst is beneficial to rising the temperature in the stripper . Efficiency of new FCC stripping is better than stripping efficiency of the traditional stripping methods. Stripping efficiency increases with the increase of the adding temperature of high-temperature regenerated catalyst, tend to raise first and then remain unchanged with the increase of the adding ratio of hot cracking cataLyst. At invariabLe adding temperature and adding ratio of regenerated catalyst, the stripping efficiency increases with the increase of catalyst-oil ratio, while decreases with the increase of reaction temperature and vacuum residue mixing ratio. In the new stripping mode, stripping efficiency with feedstock composed of 50% vacuum residue is higher than its efficiency with Daqing crude oiL as the materials.In addition, regeneration efficiency of used cataLyst from different FCC stripping system is studied. As the results show, coke of Regenerated Catalyst from the new technology is lower than that from the traditionaL technology when the coke-burning time determined.The influence of adding high-temperature regenerated catalyst on stripping temperature was also tested.As the adding technology of the new stripping technology is determined.,the stripping temperatures when taking crude oil intermingled with vacuum residue as feedstock are lower than that when taking crude oil as feedstock. |
