Using FCC catalysts,room air and water vapour as fluidizing medium,the behavior of fluidization of experimental apparatus was studied in a self-developecd FCC premixed catalyst stripper experimental apparatus.The influence of the pre-lifting gas velocity,reaction ascending gas velocity,regenerated catalyst ascending gas velocity,spent catalyst gas velocity,regenerator air volume,regenerator catalyst inventory,pressure between regenerator and precipitator and loose gas velocity on the solid catalyst circulation volume was studied.Besides,the influence of reaction ascending gas velocity,regenerated catalyst ascending gas velocity and regenerator catalyst inventory on bed density and pressure drop was also researched.Under different fluidizing medium,the difference influences of reaction ascending gas velocity,regenerated catalyst ascending gas velocity and loose gas velocity were obtained.The experimental results show that the fluidizing performance of room air and water vapour has the same regularity.As the pre-lifting gas velocity,reaction ascending gas velocity,regenerated catalyst ascending gas velocity and pressure between regenerator and precipitator increasing,the solid catalyst circulation volume increases.And the results show that there is a monotonous increase as the increment of catalysts in the regenerator catalyst inventory.Firstly,the solid catalyst circulation volume increases with the increase of spent catalyst gas velocity.When spent catalyst gas velocity reaches a certain value,it no longer changes.The proper loose gas velocity can enhance the fluidity and operation stability of equipments.However,the influence of regeneration air volume on catalyst circulation volume is negligible.There are same law between bed density and pressure drop affected by the reaction ascending gas velocity,regenerated catalyst ascending gas velocity and regenerator catalyst inventory.Both increase with the increase of reaction ascending gas velocity and regenerator catalyst inventory.However,as the increment of regenerated catalyst ascending gas velocity both decrease.Through comparing two kinds of the fluidizing medium,the experiment results show that the fluidizing effect of room air is slightly better than water vapour.But the water vapour can still satisfy the need of operation of the device through the research,which indicate that water vapour as the fluidizing medium is piactical.
