With the establishment and vigorous development of China’s securities market,more and more enterprises choose the expansionary development model of M&A or diversification to enhance their own strength,but the corporate governance and synergy after expansion have not been paid enough attention.As a result,many companies have been stagnant due to blind expansion,and their profitability has been impaired.Therefore,asset divestiture has gradually become an important means of asset restructuring of listed companies.Asset divestiture is not only the re-planning and re-integration of existing resources,but also the adjustment of the strategic deployment of the enterprise.The enterprise changes the existing operational dilemma through asset divestiture to achieve the improvement of business performance.Based on the theory of re-nuclearization,capital management theory and efficiency theory,this paper sorts out the concept of asset divestiture,and revitalizes Biochemical Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Revitalization Biochemical)as the case analysis object,and the motivation of its asset divestiture.And the effect of research,I hope that this study will provide reference and reference for managers,shareholders and other stakeholders of enterprises that want to increase the value of the company through asset divestiture.The article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.Firstly,it introduces the research background and significance of this paper.Then it introduces the literature review of related researches at home and abroad,and finally introduces the research ideas,research methods and basic framework of this paper.For the theoretical basis,it is mainly to sort out the theoretical basis of asset divestiture;the third part is to introduce the case of revitalizing biochemical assets.Firstly,it briefly introduces the basic situation of revitalizing biochemistry and the status quo of the blood products industry,and then describes in detail The background and process of revitalizing biochemical assets.The fourth part is the main part of this paper.Firstly,it analyzes the motivation of revitalizing biochemical assets from three aspects: company operation,investor protection and company development,and then from short-term market benefits,main business competitiveness,financial performance and economy.The four aspects of added value analyze the effect of asset divestiture on revitalizing biochemistry.The fifth part draws the case revelation based on the aforementioned analysis.Finally,the conclusions of the study are drawn through the entire case.
