Zinc hydrometallurgy is the mainstream zinc smelting process in the world.The process of extracting metal zinc from minerals can be divided into three links: leaching of zinc ions,purification of acidic zinc containing solution and electrolytic deposition of zinc ions.Among them,pre stripping the metal zinc sheet deposited on the aluminum cathode plate through electrochemical reaction is a key process in zinc hydrometallurgy,and its efficiency directly affects the zinc output of the smelter.In the pre stripping process of zinc sheet,due to the existence of the interface layer between zinc and aluminum materials,the materials on both sides of the interface have mutual deformation constraints,and the material constants of zinc and aluminum are different,which makes the stripping process mechanism of zinc sheet very complex.The existing domestic automatic zinc stripping system has the problem that the success rate of zinc stripping is not up to standard.This paper briefly introduces the pre zinc stripping process of aluminum cathode plate in the production of electrolytic deposition zinc,and summarizes the problems existing in the domestic automatic mechanical zinc stripping machine.This paper expounds the root cause of the problem,that is,domestic equipment manufacturers have not conducted in-depth research on the pre stripping process of zinc sheet,resulting in the inability to carry out targeted design according to the physical characteristics of the pre stripping process of zinc sheet in the design stage.In this research,based on elasticity and interface mechanics,the pre stripping process of zinc sheet is studied by finite element method.(1)according to the elastic mechanics formula and interface continuity conditions,the stress form near the interface end in the pre-stripping process of zinc sheet is obtained,and the influencing parameters in the pre-stripping process are determined;According to the necessary conditions for the cracking of the interface layer at the end of the zinc aluminum interface and the plastic deformation of the side joint of the zinc sheet,the mathematical model of the pre-stripping process is established.(2)the finite element software ANSYS is used to model according to the actual production process parameters,and the pre stripping process of zinc sheet is analyzed by finite element method.According to the mathematical model of the pre stripping process of zinc sheet and the purpose of protecting the electrode plate,the influence of different parameters on the pre stripping process is analyzed by taking the normal tensile stress difference between the materials on both sides at the end corner of the interface,the maximum stress at the junction of zinc sheet and the maximum stress at the side of aluminum cathode plate as the evaluation indexes.(3)using the optimization module of the finite element software ANSYS,under the premise of setting certain constraints,the pre stripping process of zinc sheet is optimized with the goal of increasing output.It is determined that the overall better effect can be achieved when the external load is about 5280 n,and the success rate of the pre stripping process of zinc sheet can be greatly improved.(4)taking the electrolyte used in the production process of the smelter and the aluminum cathode plate that has completed the zinc electrodeposition process as samples,the pre stripping zinc process is experimentally studied.The bonding interface strength of zinc aluminum bonding material was measured under the process parameters of normal electrodeposition of zinc;The corresponding situation between the interface angle and the external load in the pre stripping process is obtained and compared with the results of finite element analysis,which proves the correctness of the mathematical model of the pre stripping process of zinc sheet in the theoretical analysis.
