Taking Daqing crude oil and Daqing crude oil incorporation of 5% FCC slurry as raw materials, the influence of adding hot regenerated catalyst on stripping effect was studied by intermittent fixed-fluidized bed of FCC experimental devices. Gas yield and relative decrement of coke were used to value stripping effect. New FCC stripping technology was studied by comparison test of the new stripping method and the traditional stripping methods. Gas composition variations of the two stripping technology were compared. The influence of adding temperature and adding amount of hot regenerated catalyst on stripping effect was studied, stripping effect under reaction condition was also studied.The experimental results show that adding high-temperature regenerated catalyst in the stripping process to enhance stripping efficiency is effective by comparing the stripping effect of different stripping technology. Adding regenerated catalyst is beneficial to rise stripper's temperature and useful to the chemical reaction in the stripping process. Stripping effect of new mode stripping is always better than stripping effect of the conventional stripping methods. Stripping efficiency increases with the increase of the adding temperature of hot cracking catalyst, tend to raise first and then remain unchanged with the increase of the adding amount of hot cracking catalyst. At invariable adding temperature and adding amount of hot cracking catalyst, the stripping efficiency increases with the increse of catalyst to oil ratio, while decreases with the increse of reaction temperature, catalyst reserves and FCC slurry mixing ratio increasing.In the new stripping mode, stripping efficiency with raw materials composed of 5% FCC slurry is higher than its efficiency with Daqing crude oil as the materials.
