Daqing Oilfield Natural Gas Sub-company has 8 sets of vacuum crude oil stabilization, and the design capacity of crude oil is 2.8×107t/a. By the decrease of output year by year, the process capacity of crude oil is just 1.95×107t/a, and the average efficiency of compressor is only 58% at low load. The other 42% efficiency waste can't be avoided, so that the compressor only can be at normal state by refluxing. Daqing Oilfield crude oil stabilization process is in state of high energy consumption and the low benefit, we still have much potential to increase the recovery rate and decrease the energy consume, then we can gain more economic benefit. In order to solve this problem, Natural Gas Sub-company is carrying on research of stripping technology. The results show that the light hydrocarbon of crude oil will decrease in using of this technology(fraction pressure of C2+ will decrease from 48kPa to 40kPa) and it will make much more C2+ out of the crude oil. If we keep the energy consume invariable, the light hydrocarbon recovery rate will increase 15-30%;on the contrary ,the energy consume will decrease 20~30%.This project has important significance to improve the energy utilization ratio, economic operation efficiency and overall economic benefits of the Natural Gas Sub-company.
