While modern information technology is changing the education mode, it also makes alarge number of education resources appear. At present, these multiple education resourceswhich grow in geometric progression can not be utilized accurately and efficiently by teachersand students for lack of unified management standards. Therefore, these resources fail to workcompletely. We can not timely and efficiently study the information stored in either someteaching data with complex form or teaching cases used routinely.For this reason, learning from the state education resource classification standard, thispaper presents some related education resources classification standards which are morerefined from the angle of higher education professional teaching resources management. Itmanages higher education resources by adopting the method based on the knowledgemanagement and studies the key technical data format conversion method. Under presentbackground--all colleges and universities are vigorously promoting digital campusconstruction, this management method will accelerate the process of education information incolleges and universities, reduce the resource development costs, increase the resourceutilization rate and ensure the maximum utilization of the resource. The specific researchcontents are as follows:Starting with modern teaching resources, it studies the classification and characteristicsof related teaching resources and makes this be the management object. On the basis of theexisting teaching resources classification, it makes the teaching resources classification moredetailed. Based on researching the education resources construction standard and thecorresponding information technology, it summarizes the basic principle and integrationprinciple of educational information resources and puts forward a higher educationprofessional teaching resource management method on the basis of knowledge management.It gives the description standard of teaching resource classification standard language andintroduces the whole process of knowledge acquisition, knowledge classification, knowledgeorganization, knowledge orientation, knowledge sharing/transfer, knowledge innovation andknowledge evaluation. Due to the difference of generation and standard, audio resources havea lot of data storage formats. For this, it studies a unified audio data format conversionmethod. It makes rules of rules, that is, giving the audio data resource description standardand describing audio data on the basis of it, so that the data format can be converted. Itdesigns and develops higher education teaching resource management system based on knowledge management. The system makes the teaching resource management come true.The realization of the system verifies the feasibility of the research method put forward in thispaper.
