Research On Lean Management In Surveying And Mapping Project Of Y Company

In our country,because of the surveying and mapping engineering projects are related to the infrastructure for all aspects of the society,the government's control is relatively strict,and the existing surveying and mapping engineering project management system can basically achieve all-round management of the projects.However,if the construction does not pay enough attention to project management,or if the management mechanism of the project does not match the current situation of the company's overall development ideas,enterprise management routes,and enterprise human resources structure,it will eventually lead to various problems in the overall advancement of the project.Then it affects the project duration,quality,cost and so on.At present,there are various problems in the management of the production projects of surveying and mapping projects in China,such as the single project management method,the degree of the project cost management method informatization,the degree of project implementation control and control,and the unreasonable allocation of resources in the project management process.And the project management energy efficiency of different enterprises differs greatly.Based on the theory of lean management,engineering project management and surveying and mapping project management in China,this thesis takes the surveying and mapping production project of the Y Company(mainly the power special map data production project)as an example,and carries out data summary,data analysis and summary on the basic situation,project organization management and project implementation characteristics of Y Company at the present stage,based on Y Company.The main problems in progress management,quality management,cost management and resource management were discussed.On this basis,based on the goal of project management optimization scheme put forward by Y company leaders and the evaluation system of Y company's surveying and mapping project,the lean management scheme aiming at the characteristics of Y company's surveying and mapping project was designed from the aspects of project schedule management,quality management,cost management and resource management.The main contents include lean management of project implementation progress,lean management of project quality,lean management of project cost,lean management of project resources,etc.Finally,combined with the actual implementation of surveying and mapping project of Y Company from 2017,the effect of lean management is evaluated and analyzed by the earned value analysis.It is found that the lean management scheme achieves the effective conclusion of reducing cost and increasing efficiency to a certain extent.At the same time,using Y company's surveying and mapping project evaluation system,the project implementation results are evaluated,and the evaluation results in 2016 are compared,and the conclusion that lean management optimizes the quality management of Y company's surveying and mapping project was obvious.the same time,aiming at the implementation of the project,this paper summarizes the improvement of the production efficiency and team capacity of Y company's surveying and mapping project by lean scheme.This will provide the reference for the construction management of the Electronic map operation for the GIS platform of the State Grid,to improve the internal production management of the GIS platform basic map construction project undertaken by the company Y.Make the follow-up construction more healthy development;at the same time,it also optimizes the management system of Y company's surveying and mapping project to enhance the overall project management strength of the company.
