The weighting of traditional operator didn't take the interrelation among integrated data into consideration. This paper is based on power average operator and power ordered weighted operator, concerning the effect of mutual supporting degree among integrated data on weighting, giving conceptions of different operators such as power harmonic operator,power hybrid operator and two-tuple linguistic information power operator, etc. And we study the relevant property and application of these operators. The main work is outlined as follows:Chapter1firstly introduces the actual value and research results of multi-criteria group decision making research. At last, this chapter presents the main research work of this paper.Chapter2, on the foundation of the existing research results of Chapter1,introduce power harmonic operator and its relevant property theorem. Finally, this chapter applies power harmonic operator to group decision making and states its feasibility and availability by case.Chapter3,based on EWAA,LHA and operator, posing linguistic power hybrid average operator (LPHA), linguistic power geometric hybrid operator(LPGA),undefined linguistic power hybrid arithmetical average operator(ULHPA),undefined linguistic power hybrid geometric average operator(ULHPGA) and studies their relevant property. Lastly, this chapter provides the corresponding decision-making methods and states them by case.Chapter4,on the foundation of operator and two-tuple linguistic information, presenting two-tuple linguistic information power geometric average operator, weighted two-tuple linguistic information power geometric average operator, extended two-tuple linguistic information power geometric average operator and extended two-tuple linguistic information ordered weighted geometric average operator. Similar to Chapter3,this chapter also studies the relevant property of newly-defined operators and provides a group decision making method.Besides,it tests this method by living examples.Chapter5summarizes the work of the whole paper and forecasts the research prospects of multi-criteria decision-making theory based on power operator.
