With social progress and technological development,the decision-making environment has become increasingly complex,and the scale of decision-makers has gradually expanded.With the development of network technology,the characteristics of decision-making groups have also undergone profound changes.As a new development trend,complex large-group decision-making issues have been developed.It has been widely concerned and applied in various fields.In a complex and large group environment,the classic group decision-making method faces many challenges: firstly,how to overcome the ambiguity and hesitation of human thinking,avoid the lack of information in the initial semantic transformation,and reasonably quantify the interrelated evaluation indicators;secondly,how to gather a group of decision makers with large scale,complex group behavior,and diverse evaluation criteria efficiently;the third is to find a decision-making framework for complex large groups that can be universally applied to complex decision-making problems with interrelated multiple attributes.Based on the above problems,this article conducts the following research on the initial semantic transformation of qualitative indicators,the homogenization process of decision-making groups and the application of decision-making methods:(1)Based on the relationship between the evaluation indicators in the multiattribute decision-making process and the subjective uncertainty that is inevitable in the weighting process,the qualitative indicators are quantified using dual linguistics,and the ANP-based evaluation in the dual linguistic environment is studied.The issue of indicator empowerment.(2)Reduce the decision-making group in large-group decision-making,and propose a hybrid data clustering algorithm to classify it.Firstly,the identification indicators are determined by analyzing the main characteristics of the decision-making group,and the data of each attribute of the clustering object is collected;then the initial clustering center is determined and the similarity matrix is iteratively calculated.In addition,a penalty competition mechanism is introduced in the process to realize automatic determination Clustering items;finally get the classification results of heterogeneous decision-making groups.(3)In an interval binary linguistic environment,according to the characteristics of evaluation indicators,the basic principles,methods and key steps of using PROMETHEE method to solve multi-attribute group decision-making problems.Finally,the feasibility of the method is verified through case analysis.This paper takes into account the problems of fuzzy and difficult to quantify evaluation indicators in complex large group decision-making problems,difficult to deal with the heterogeneity of decision-making groups,and lack of decision-making framework,and proposes a set of complex large group decision-making methods that are closer to the actual decision-making,which can be used as a decision support system The development provides a theoretical basis,and can also provide new ideas and new methods for complex large group decision-making problems,enriching the method library of complex large group decision-making,and has certain academic value and practical significance.There are 12 Figures,35 tables,and 109 references in the thesis.
