Language multi-attribute group decision-making is widely used in society,market analysis,economic and other aspects,which is an important part of decision science theory.Due to the uncertainty of the decision-making environment in the decision-making process,it is often not possible to make quantitative decision-making analysis in the face of complex problems.Therefore,the use of language information experts to evaluate the program attributes are often more intuitive and convenient to reduce the loss of information.At the same time,the use of group decision making which can be avoided by an expert in decision making which led to the decision result of judgement errors,resulting in adverse consequences situation occurs,to ensure the accuracy of decision outcomes,especially for power construction projects,the results of the decision directly affect the project implementation can achieve expectations.Inducible language operators commonly used in multi-attribute decision making problems.The main feature is the use of induced rearranged variable index value,and weighted aggregate according to the assembly position sequenced.This paper studies multi-attribute group decision making in an inducible operator on the basis of language,the main contents include:(1)By studying induced ordered weighted averaging(IOWA)operators and probabilistic ordered weighted average(POWA)operatorsnature,the application of the integrated operator of the induced variable and the probability variable is studied in the multi-attribute group decision.On this basis,induced language probability ordered weighted average(ILPOWA)operator is used to analyze the assembly results of integrated operators at different degrees of importance.(2)According to the description of the index value in the case of uncertain linguistic variables represented by the situation,the use of induced uncertain language generalized ordered weighted average(IULGOWA)operator and uncertain language generalized probability weighted average(ULGPWA)operator,the induced language probability ordered weighted average(ILPOWA)operator is extended to induce uncertain linguistic generalized probability ordered weighted average(IULGPOWA)operator.This new integrated operator taking into account the degree of importance of the position of the parameter,and taking into account the probability of the parameter,which is more general than other integrated operators.Meanwhile,according to the characteristics of electric power construction project,the new integrated operator is analyzed empirically.(3)Based on induced 2-tuple linguistic generalized ordered weighted average(2TLIGOWA)operator and 2-tuple linguistic generalized probability weighted average(2TLGPA)operator,the induced 2-tuple linguistic generalized probability ordered weighted average(2TLIGPOWA)operatoris constructed,effectively reduce the loss of information by using 2-tuple linguistic description of the index value.At the same time,considering the probability information and the attitude of the decision makerin in generalized environment,a set of operator operators is provided in the maximum and minimum values,and the generalization of the decision model is expounded.which is more general than other integrated operators,and the multi-attribute group decision-making of generalized integrator is analyzed under the background of electric power construction project,proved its effectiveness.By constructing two types of integrated operators,it can describe most of the multi attribute decision making problems in the induced language environment,and the examples provided effectively prove its feasibility and validity in practice.
