Global climate change has already influenced obviously on ecosystem, a significant impact on changed hydrothermal conditions will inevitably affect the geographical distribution of the constructive species. Based on eco-fitness theory and fuzzy mathematics method, this paper adopts indices of kira model and holdridge model vegetation-climate interaction, establishes Schima superba climate suitability model.The spatiotemporal differences of Schima superba in subtropics of China has been calculated, analyzed, evaluated and the tendency of climate suitability has been classified,which providing theoretical basis for schima superba's protection, cultivation and rational utilization.(1) In eastern subtropical regions of China, the Schima superba climate suitability showed distinct latitudes characteristics, decreasing from south to north. The central region in the subtropical, climate suitability performs for a degree of longitude characteristics, decreasing from east to west. Because of the topography and the southwest monsoon, climate suitability in subtropical southwest decreases from west to east.(2) Judging from the entire time series,Schima superba climate suitability shows ascendant trend in subtropics of China, in which temperature suitability shows ascendant trend, precipitation suitability and the evapotranspiration rate suitability declines, so the temperature is the main affected factors of Schima superba climate suitability in subtropics of China.(3) There is low temperature and less precipitation in northeast, northwest, and most parts of the western of subtropics of China, which is the no climate suitability of schima superba.In the northeast climate suitability has the strong tendency, in the near future, which may be increased, but there is a certain risk. And in the west and northwest, climate suitability variation weekly decresces, in the near future there is not suitable for Schima superba distribution.(4) There is enough heat and water for the growth of Schima superba distribution in southeast subtropical, so the climate suitability is high. In Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Guangdong Province, the climate suitability tendency has a weak decreaces performance, so in the near future the climate suitability may be reduced. But the climate suitability in Fujian, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Hunan province performances weakly increacesd,in the near future, which may be enhanced.(5) In southwest of yunnan Province, under the influence of terrain and the southwest monsoon, climate suitability descends from southwest to northeast, and the same to precipitation suitability. But temperature suitability is generally high, So precipitation is the main factors of low climate suitability. And in this area, climate suitability has a weak increased tendency, so in the near future Schima superba climate suitability may rise.
