Research On The Influencing Factors Of Farmers' Land Contract-Management Right To Shareholding Willingness

With the development of the socialist market economy,the value-added income of agricultural land is increasing.The original family contract management system has limited the development of agricultural land on a large scale.How to unify the external profit brought by the increase of farmland and the internal interests of the peasants,village collectives,and government has become the key to the reform of the rural collective property rights system.The rise of the agricultural land shareholding system not only maintains the original collective ownership of agricultural land,but also meets the needs of modern agricultural large-scale production;it not only reduces internal transaction costs,but also benefits the legitimate interests of the three parties involved.The reform of the joint-stock farmland system has become an important tool for the reform of the rural land system.After decades of pilot implementation,the agricultural land shareholding cooperative system has begun to take shape.To adapt to different regions,the agricultural land shareholding cooperative system has developed a variety of shareholding models.By studying the difficulties encountered in the implementation of the farmland joint-stock cooperative system,selecting the best model of the farmland joint-stock cooperative system that is suitable for local agricultural production and promotes the continuous increase of farmers' income,deeply digs existing rural resources and truly strengthens the practice of this new system advantage.Therefore,by studying the factors that affect the willingness of farmers of different farmland joint stock cooperatives to participate in the land contractual management right,the paper is of great significance to the implementation of farmland joint stock cooperatives and cooperatives.This article summarizes the development types of domestic farmland stock cooperatives based on the development of domestic and foreign farmland stock cooperative systems and the study of farmer behavior theory.Based on the social cognition theory,the influencing factors of farmers' willingness to participate in the land contract management right are analyzed from four aspects: "resource endowment of farmers","self-efficacy","expectation of results" and "outside environment".Based on the survey data of farmers in "Wuhan City Circle" and the use of logistic regression model,quantitative analysis was made on the factors affecting the willingness of farmers to participate and farmers of the two types of land joint stock cooperatives.The findings are as follows:First,the surplus labor force in rural areas of the "Wuhan Urban Circle" has been transferred rapidly.The main economic sources of farmers are non-agriculturalincome.Farmers have a higher enthusiasm for participating in the joint-stock cooperative system of agricultural land.The main factors that affect farmers' participation in the land contract management right are the share of the farmer's household contracted land area,the farmers' self-awareness,the improvement of household income by the joint-stock farming system,the release of family labor,village collective attitudes,farmers' social security,and cooperatives.Share price,etc.Second,the willingness of farmers of multi-factor stock cooperatives to participate is higher than that of farmers of single-factor stock cooperatives.Farmers participating in multi-factor joint stock cooperatives pay more attention to the impact of self-efficacy,results expectations and the external environment on them.The impact of farmers participating in single factor joint stock cooperatives on their own resource endowment,self-efficacy,and external environment.Therefore,this article puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening the dominant position of farmers,attracting multiple factors to invest,promoting the "separation of government and enterprise" of cooperatives,improving the rural social security system,strengthening government supervision,and flexibly selecting farmland stock cooperatives.Promote farmers to participate in the reform of farmland shareholding cooperative system and build a property right system that is more suitable for the development of agricultural modernization.
