Currently, the price of petroleum is so high and surging that the strategic position for petroleum exploration is becoming more important. The industry of petroleum exploration faces an important development opportunity, but at the same time it also faces more and more vigorous competition. In many cases, the competition among enterprises is in human resources. The problem of people, to the end, is about their motivation which is linked to incentives. An effective incentive system is sometimes the key for business success.This thesis analyzes the motivational mechanism of BGP. It tries to find out the existing problems in the present motivational mechanism and the causes of the problems and then puts forward ways of optimizing BGP's motivational mechanism. |
