County tourism is a basic pattern of regional tourism, and occupies an important role in specific product, promotion and advertisement, standardize management, hospitality services, and others.Although it has gained much attention at home, most studies limited specific practices and focus on description. In order to enrich the study in the field, the paper takes "county tourism development model" and "motivational mechanism" as the main line. On this basis, the paper makes a more in-depth and comprehensive analysis, combined the former research and probe on model of "Yishui county tourism". At last, the paper summarizes five development patterns, which relates to the development trend of regional tourism in future.The full text is divided into five parts.(1)Introduction:it introduces the studying background and meaning, the research method and frame, as well as the review of earlier research at home and aboard.(2)Basic theory:it is mainly the comments of the rationale, including related concepts and theoretical origin.(3) Motivational model of county tourism:this thesis firstly set up the hypothesis of motivational model and then demonstrates it with qualitative research.(4) County tourism development model:it puts forward five county tourism development patterns based on the generalized motivational mechanism by both pictures and literary compositions.(5)Case study:the paper sums up successful experience of the model of Yishui tourism, according to the gray system theory by correlative degree among driven-factors; meanwhile, the paper makes spatial analysis towards Shandong province at last.The conclusions of paper are followings. One is demonstration of the motivation mechanism by qualitative research. It indicates that tourism resource and tourism product, environmental conditions, tourism policy, tourism destination and marketing work out when adopting special mechanism. Secondly, this article concludes five models of county tourism development, which are government-oriented, resource and product-oriented, marketing-oriented, destination-oriented and integration-oriented. Another one is the in-depth operation of deriving development path and strategy after analyzing "Yishui model" by the gray system theory; it is that clusterization of tourism product is the greatest advantage and the development trend of Yishui tourism orients at stage of tourism destination. The last one is the first time to take research on division into three districts of the whole Shandong province based on four county tourism development models by ARCGIS spatial analysis tools;then, the article arranges the evolution of it throng enforcing or changing development path.
