Relative to the high-volume products of enterprises, new product shows thecharacteristics of single-piece and small-order in the process of production. However, compared to the typical single-piece and small-order products, the manufacturing ofnew product is not one-time work, its research effects directly related to the smoothtransfer of new product, so as to quickly meet the demand of customers. Therefore, todevelop a new product management information system that meets the actual needs ofenterprises is of great realistic significance.Aiming at the new product process management problems of complex process, duplication of work, information in isolation, backward means and so on inAutomotive Air Conditioning Co., Ltd, based on BPR theory and MIS theory, combined with the actual, the new product development management process statuswas analyzed. Through identifying problems, the improvement measures wereproposed, and then the new process was designed and evaluated. Based on theimplement of BPR, combined the target analysis and demand analysis of system, thisthesis accomplished the management information system overall planning based on thenew processing. Based on the overall planning, the developing of new productdevelopment management information system based on the BPR was accomplished. The feedback information of system testing and trial indicates that this system modulefunction is stable, accomplishing information sharing, eliminating the redundantprocess, reducing duplication of work, and improving the work efficiency. It meets theenterprise actual situation, has good practicality. This system is effective in improving the control of new product developmentmanagement process, shorting the manufacturing cycle of new product and improvingflexibility to respond to market and speed of response.Through the implementation ofthe system, this paper provides a more appropriate basis for this enterprise to improveits volume production processes and a reference for other similar enterprises to manage new product development.
