Aiming at main issues in agricultural modernization information management, on the basis of analysis models and software of agricultural mechanization management, the software of information management system for Hunan Province agricultural safety supervision based on internet was developed. This software standardizes business processes agricultural safety supervision, achieve provincial, municipal, and county agricultural commissioner of the business network, standardized management.Adopting PowerBuilder 11.0 as development Platform, this software was developed with the aid of using the database management system software-SQL Server2008. After requirements analysis of Hunan Province agricultural commissioner, the whole system is divided into five functional modules according to the steps of agricultural safety supervision information processing, including tractors records management, driver records management, supervision of staff management, the tractor's Registration contents management, statistics, analysis, and Hunan Province agricultural safety supervision website.This software is used in agricultural commissioner agencies at all levels in Hunan Province, and proved to be stable, interface friendly, simple and lowcost, which standardizes the management mode of agricultural safety supervision in Hunan Province, and improves the effiency greatly.
