The objective of study is A Transportation Industry Company (ATIC), a middle size logistic firm. SWOT Analysis is applied to analyze the current parts that the enterprise exists in developing process, according with that the thesis put forward some countermeasure and development strategy in the future, and find structuring completely Human resource training and development system as the way to solve the problem and gain the competition advantage.First, the thesis introduce the present situation of Human resource training and development system running in the enterprise, and at the same time, figures out the problem of that. At last, based on the advanced HR training and development theory,the thesis discusses the shortcoming of present system, in accordance with that, rebuild the completely and regular HR training and development system of ATIC.It is necessary to enhance its worker's ability because of the production increasing and adapting the modern enterprise system and the management extent increasing.
